That or he may refer you to someone in your country so that everyone doesn't get raped by the postal carriers up there. Any time I send something computerized to Canada it takes money and time to get it to someone. Mechanical parts are nothing but computers are a horse of another color, even if it did start life in Canada. Postal fees are messed up once it goes across the border. I airmail whatever I can and list it as returning an item to the receiver instead of sending it there.
