for the money, LPP makes some good headers.
2003 SLT Yukon, KMC SS 20's, Nitto 420, Flowmaster exhaust, Eibach 2/3 drop, HID's, AEM CAI , Custom Flames from Godspeed Customs, Corvette servo
My LPP LTs came with an instruction sheet that say xs-power.com
Don't know if that is who actually makes them or what.
my lpp headers have a plate tac welded to them that says "xs-power"
i came across this info today, while doing a google search on xs-power

I have to say, my LPP LTs fit excellent. I didn't have to dent anything like they were talking about in that thread (think that might have been an older design) and I have good clearance on everything and my truck has a front drive-shaft. They came with extensions for the O2 sensors, but once I put the sensors in they plugged right into the factory plugs. I can't say much about the y-pipe, because I wasn't able to use it on my truck , but I have no complaints with the headers. The clamps it came with were complete crap, but the bolts were fine.
