I think my transmission just died

I was driveing along under 20% throttle from a stop sign and at 35-40 mph the trans when to shift and nothing…the rpms just went up. I pulled over and tried all forward gears and reverse and nothing in any of them. Dose this indicate a bad pump? or could that tb converter just gone to shit? Any help would be awesome

does it go into gear whatsoever? if not, then id guess that you may have broken an input, output shaft, or possibly the pump.. hard to say without some more information.
keep in mind, im giving you information based soley on my own experience with a similar situation, and I am by no means a transmission expert of any kind.
Yes, when i blew mine up .. i was going 35mph on an on ramp with nominal throttle and bam bam went the tranny.

Thanks for the reply midwestSS, the pump is done for. Checked fluid level when the truck wasn’t running and then started the truck and put it in drive and then check the fluid level again and its in the exact same sport. So now its time for a rebuild, what is everyone running in there rebuilds? I know a beast Sun Shield is a must but what brand clutches and bands? A link would also be helpful

as it stand right now im looking at
