Or buy a builder kit from these guys. Get stainless or aluminized. It works good for turbo tubing, too. http://www.mandrel-bends.com/catalog...400c496c741baf

Forgot about heartthrob, I like them also. I got my bends from summit racing. I used www.heartthrobexhaust.com for one bend that was past 90 degrees. I made a template and took it to a muffler shop, and they crinkle bent it. I then checked the fit on the truck. Once I was happy with it I shipped it to heartthrob and they mandrel bent a piece for me. Perfect fit. Thanks for the link Greg.

I will take this into advice and prob just go with the mandrel bend set up, the Headers are a set of shorties from BBK I picked up for 150 used, (it was that or reuse the stock manifolds) They look to be almost the same size and dimensions as the factory manifolds but I no longer have them to compare, The only reason I was considering using crinkle bend was I was going to have to run all new exhaust from the headers back (cat delete of course) and didnt want to end up dropping 1000 bucks on my exhaust like my last project My wife will literally kill me LOL Thanks Guys
