I would say even with the crinkled piping you would still loose to much back pressure. I have 3 inch like stock ot teh muffler then dualed out using the 2 and what ever diameter. Read my signature. I think the crinkled piping kept enoujgh of the back pressure to keep from huting my low end and such. Just my 2 cents though.
