Double check your shift linkage first. Shift it manually if you must. If your linkage is set wrong and has selected 2nd it will take off in 2nd. That's just how the transmissions are these days. Like Allen said, drop the pan and there they are. You'll need needle noses or a small flat blade screw driver to pull the hair-pin retainer that holds them in place. Unplug the connector, pull the pin and be careful that nothing comes out of the bore other than the solenoid and a little fluid.
