What was the DA when you ran that time? A good night could change everything for you. A friend of mine has a TA that has run a best of 11.69 and on a hot day he's lucky to break mid 12's. My cousin build a beast of a forged 404 stroker and has only ran a best of 11.28 @ 119 in this heat. The car has mid 10's in it for sure. He spared no expense with TEA ported TFS 225 heads, custom EPS cam, Fast 102/102, 1 7/8 LTs plus suspension mods and should be putting out over 500 rwhp easily.

But like everyone said, get some stock wheels, take off your tailgate and spare and your backseat if you have to. Figure about .1 for every 100lbs you drop.

I dyno'd mine in Phoenix and it was hotter then hell, I put down 355rwhp and 350rwtq after 6 hot runs. My tuner was messing with timing and since it was so hot he said that I'd put down about 15 more hp if it cooled down. I was impressed and happy with the results. I could feel a difference on the street, had a little more get up in it. I need to get my nitrous kit on, cuz I want to hit 12's as well

plate kit will hit HARD! Trust me. Stock front wheels with smaller thinner tires works well, I picked up a tenth with stock fronts over my 20's. UDP will pick up a tenth or so, and works well with Cams and nitrous in the higher RPM band.

Ok when u say hit hard im guessing u mean from a roll? Almost like its a higher shot?
Or do u mean actally lowering my 60 times?
