    Ya that 4l60e wouldnt last two weeks behind an LS3.

    As far as tips...
    Measure twice - cut once, label everything, listen to the folks on LS1Truck.com, and dont make it harder than it is!

    Yeah, sorry it is a 6L80. I've looked at so many combos during the last two weeks, I got confused lol.

    And I guess technically it's a L99. All I know is it's making me drool thinkin about it.

    Anyone on here running this setup?

    I got some questions about tranny linkage, steering column, and possible paddle shifters that come in the camaro. I want to incorperate those in the truck some way.

    mines been behind my cammed 6.2 for a month, 7 passes on the dyno, an 5 passes at the track with with a consistant 13.0 @ 103 in 96* weather, 10 street races ranging from 0-100
    but see i dont run the hell out my truck a lot.

    the 6L80e is a monster of a tranny, id love to have one in my CC

    lambo,do you know a way to get past the passlock till i can get the pcm tuned....i have everything under the hood,nothing under the dash

    only thing would be having someone with HP tuners turn off VATS, other than that order a stock tune from nelson, i dont know of any other way maybe someone thats done one of these swaps can chime in.

    You can get one of those VATS bypass modules on eBay for like 20 bucks. If you are a good electrician you could probably make one.
