    Canyon/Colorado 4l80 6.0 awd lowered

Ok, I cant seem to find this info anywhere. I am thinking maybe one day buying a 4 door canyon/colorado and putting my engine trans and transfer case in it. Would then sell my truck mostly stock. This is just a thought, Nothing more and I highly doubt I would ever do it. At least not till my house is paid off and by then who knows we might not have any oil in the gas stations it would all be in the ocean.

Will 4l80e with awd transfer case fit in a canyon?
Could you lower said canyon to a little below 2wd canyon ride height?

    Anyone?
Oh and dont bother me with the 4l60 will work cause I dont care. I would not swap or buy a canyon if the 4l80 would not work.

    Thanks

4L80 is larger in diameter and length.

I have had both transmissions on my build stand and the 60e is actually a tighter fit on the stand than the 80e. The 80e is only about 1/2" or so longer.

I wish I had the dough to do it now. I saw a really good looking canyon the other day. . . . . I am getting board with my truck.
