rear a/c not working on Escalade

I got me a new DD to cruise so I can keep some miles off the diesel. Its an 03 Escalade, only issue I can find is that the rear blower for the a/c wont come on, anyone have an Idea what it is, or any common issues to check before I tear in to the ass of this thing to check the blower. thanks

just for those wondering, it was the rear large resistor, near the blower motor.
