ok so i picked up a set of 243s with 11k miles on em and manley springs good to .600 lift
so..
what i need help with is..
1) what pushrods to get
2) what cam to get, and help in understanding the specs of a cam to make a good decision
3) should i get the LS2 double timing chain
4) i want to find some valve covers to get them powdercoated or polished
5) i want to find a timing chain cover so i cant get it powdercoated.
