they're worth it, the install is pretty easy, its just the removing of the old y-pipe thats tough, if you can remove you crossmember pretty eash, you should be able to get the old y-pipe out in one piece, if not, get the sawzall out. if you do end up cutting the y-pipe, be sire to cut the collector flanges with about 6 inches of straight pipe below the flange, that way if somebody else needs some collectors for a swap using stock manifolds, you can sell em to them cheap. other than be sure the passenger side resonator is rotated to a position with the
o2 sensor flanges pointed up-ish, otherwise you'll get condensation on the front o2 sensor which will cause it to fail very shortly. and you might try unhooking the forward-most rubber hanger on the catback, it will help you get the intermediate flange to hook up. i had a tough time with this. and if your really careful and don't get all cray, you can leave the sparkplugs installed when you put the headers on. good luck. and just wait till you drive it you'll love it

The install went great.. fitment is perfect, even on a z71.. i am going to buy some band clamps.... i pulled the plugs out, because i was putting some NGK TR5's in it... country_3030 helped me with the install, and fabbed up a neat lil strap to hold the rear 2 plug wires on the drivers side, and also act as a heat shield to them... i cut the old y-pipe off with the torch... the SES light is on because we didn't re-install the rear O2 sensors... i made sure the pass side cat had the O2 bungs at about the 2 o'clock position if looking from the rear.. i only have 1 hanger on my cat-back, going to the Flowbastard, which will be off in the next couple weeks, and replaced with custom made y-pipe, duals, and 2 Spintech Pro Street Mufflers...

truckin- i would say buy the dang things, they fit super easy, especially if the truck is on a lift lol

How much power did you gain? Enough to to notice or be worth it?
