    got it all fixed.. just had to adjust the linkage where the transfer case shifter connects to t-case.. but now have a flooding prob with carb! going to another section fo this i guess

    I have a 203 in my 79' and have had this problem a couple of times. Adjusting the linkage will fix it every time. However, I do recommend replacing the factory chain with one from mile marker before it brakes. When mine broke it put a fist sized hole in the bottom of my t-case.
