Take all the trash to the court steps and lawyer offices and start dumping it.

Run the buisness let them place the lawsuit keep running the business until the police show up to and force you not to move your trucks. File bankruptcy and tell the state to get screw'd.
I have several freind that live in CA and they are always b---chn about the taxes and states IOU's.
Hate to read another business that is suppling a good service is getting screw'd.

I hate that the little guys get picked on. The government is extremely corrupt. It's win/win for the government and waste management. The government gets to seize the truck or assests and make money, and waste management gets more income....... I say we start digging around the state we want to live in until it becomes an island and floats away from the united states.....

That's horrible to hear man. The power industry is the same way, companies are getting hit with huge penalties if they run their coal-fired facilities, either that, or they are forced to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to install emissions reduction equipment (FGD/SCR). Either way, it's not only your industry, but a lot of others as well... I just hate to see the smaller businesses like yours suffer... I wish you luck though!
