The top end cleaner causes the misfires. It may clear up. You may need to change plugs but the wires should be fine. If you have a few miles on the plugs it may be time to change them anyway.
I went about it bass ackwards... I have maybe 2,500 miles on my plugs... guess they'll get cleaned if need be. Oh, and for clarity, the SES light went away after the TEC was purged from the system.
