Yeah--good call Billy! Need a 255 lph fuel pump at the least.

Also, the suggestion of a custom cam is also available to get the most out of your setup, but the GT2-3 is more than fine. Since its a 2500HD, I am resuming it has 4.10 gears? If you are not sure--look in the glove box for the RPO codes. Do you see GT5? If so, you have 4.10s. If you see GT5, then you'll also see G86. Go ahead and get a Detroit TrueTrac for the 14 bolt rear...cause with the new power you are gunna make, you will need the traction.

Walbro GSS340 for the fuel pump. Click here for GSS340

And traction--yes, you probably won't have any, but having a TrueTrac in there will help to keep both rear tires turning! Click here for 14 bolt True Trac

you can also do a Bosch 044 pump. They are a little bigger and about double the cost, but should support a little more.

witch fuel pump should i buy BOSH or WALBRO??? what is the diffrence between those two pumps??
and should i take the external or the internal pump?

    Bosch 044 Motorsport Fuel Pump

Live Help - Click to Chat
    Model: Universal
    Description: 0580254044

Bosch 044 fuel pumps mount inline (out side of your tank), most commonly rear center under your car. Each Bosch 044 inline fuel pump provides 300LPH of flow and operates at 72.5 PSI.

Bosch 044 fuel pumps are comparable to the Walbro 255LPH high pressure inline fuel pumps (Walbro GSL392) which can both support vehicles for up to 600-700 horse power. Can be used in sequence with an intank Walbro or Bosch 040 fuel pump.

    Minimum Current: 12 Volts
Operating Pressure: 72.5 PSI (5 Bar)
Minimum Flow @ Outlet: 80 GPH (300 LPH)
    Fuel Pump Location: In-Line
High Temperature Reduction: 8 GPH (30 LPH)
    Weight: 1030 Grams (2.27 Pounds)

    Inlet: M18 x 1.5
    Outlet: M12 x 1.5
    Electrical: Positive M6 / Negative M5

    is this a good pump?

Obviously the Bosch will give you more fuel. That is if you need it. The 044 is for people who usually run 600-700 hp setups. Honestly, the Walbro will be just fine--plus it is easier to install--it just drops in the existing stock fuel pump bucket with very minimal modifications.

THe Bosch is a little overkill. It is nice to have more than you need where fuel is concerned
The Walbro will do just fine.
YOu need the GSS340. It will go exactly where your stock pump is now.
