Just got off the phone with him and he has the identical fuel rail setup that I do. There isn't a vacuum regulator on the fuel rail, it is just spring pressure only. He is going to check the fuel pressure at the filter since he is still running a stock V6 filter and no regulator. I suggested he install the internally regulated fuel filter from the 2000+ Corvette. We'll hear something before too long, I am sure.
