the PCM will not match the VIN that the BCM is expecting to see and it will shut the engine off. You will have to disable the Passkey in the system to use the other PCM and that will leave your vehicle more open to theft, though any half intelligent thief knows about the Passkey in the newer trucks and will steal you truck with a tow truck instead.
