Hold on there guys.. Are we talking 241 heads? The stock ls1 was 10.25:1 compression wasn't it? I suppose some bowl work might get it down there enough for some boost.
Also your cam should be different for a boosted setup. Most guys run at least a 117 LSA, like a stock LS6 cam. The supercharger will push intake air through the open valve if you have any overlap, such as the cam you mentioned with 114. there is an overlap calculator around here somewhere...
And the cam will run great even if you never get around to the supercharger
