Ok, the gaskets SHOULD be ok. This doesn't mean they don't need to be replaced. Be very careful removing the water pump and gaskets so that you don't tear them.

I have seen the front timing cover bushing (where the front of the crank snout sticks out) go bad at way less miles. Its all in how good they look when you take them off.

I wouldn't use silicone or other liquid gasket makers or patch or secure anything. Just be careful, take your time, and you'll be fine.
