    I agree ditching chrome would look nice...but paint doesn't hold up well on the bumpers..let alone a lowered one.

    The grill would be SICK...thats my next mod, soon as I get my new fender
    blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

    Thanks guys ill try to find my stock bow-tie and try just painting that don't really wanna paint the billet one and my stripes have pearl in them so i hope duplicolor has something like that..and Nathan im glad to have it fixed I'm embarrassed that you or anyone saw it so beat up

    I sure wish someone wanted to trade me their chrome bumper for my chipped up black one..............

    I painted my center bar on my grill and love it! Def wanna get rid of the chrome on my bumpers and have all black plastics. Trying to eliminate all chrome from it. Even want to paint the chrome strip on the side mouldings!

    how well do the bumpers off the z71 tahoe and suburbans hold up? i'm thinkin of buying or finding a paintable one.(without chrome finish). bc i wanna color match everything except for low air dam.

    Painted is the way to go I got hide My chrome one with a cover! now I need a Z-71 Tahoe rear bumper.

    vinyl is the way to go...it dont chip
