just drove right now,and first thing it did was overheat one me.with this cold ass weather....although it took 20 secs to cool down.so im thinking its the stat.maybe?

take the belt off, spin the water pump, make sure you dont have bearing drag, if it doesnt then check the thermosstat. mine would be fine when driving but once i sit for a few minutes it would get too hot, come to find out the bearings were going out in the pump.

the pump has less then 10.*** miles on it,when it went out is when i put the new 180 stat in.But i will
