Pretty sure the pump bolts are around 22ftlb, the intake bolts might be 88inlbs.
Something like that.

use yoru hand torque wrench. go by feel on them little boys. only thingi torque is head bolts, main bolts,rod bolt, lug nuts and rocker bolts...rest are hand feel. no cracks, no leaks nothing
