Are you looking to just throw something in and run them off the stock headunit? Upgraded headunit? Amplified? Coaxials or components?
Now you are speeking Greek to me......
I don't know the correct terminology, but I just want better then stock sound. I do still have the stock system for now with a possible upgrade later. I am more of a rock style music kind of person if that matters.

Are you planning on getting a small amplifier for these or running them off the stock stereo and such? I HIGHLY recommend and amplifier.

I suppose I can get an amp, was not planning on it, but if it would be a lot more beneficial, then I will.

Components and an amp FTW! it all depends on how much to want to spend. I just put a set of D6 convertibles in my front doors. Love em, won't be wasting money on rear fill now.

But yeah, you have 6.5 in front and 5.25 inthe rear but 6.5 fit real nice in the rears.

Regardless, audio enthusiasts (notice I did not say experts lol) will agree that rear fill is unnecessary.

Some experts will agree as well. We always kinda pushed spending money elsewhere whenever components were installed. I do think I may end up putting another set of convertibles in though(hate to think that the 4-channel is going to waste).
