The popular choice here is the HD-2. Unfortunately I don't know the exact difference between the two. I believe that the HD-2 is a more thorough(?) kit. More adjustability to tailor the shifts the way you want.

I installed the HD-2 and a laundry list of other parts, some of which you already have, because thats what was recommended by most here. I love the results and am extremely happy with the performance.

Hopefully a few others will chime in and be able to clear the air on the differences of the two kits. Some of the other parts you may want to consider are:

TG seperator plate
Sonnax check valve
Sonnax pinless fwd alum accumulator
Sonnax pinned 1-2 alum accum.
Sonnax pinless 3-4 alum accum.
