    i wont call it impossible...but extremely rare. ONCE i got 26mpg. 100% freeway driving all on cruise control and 65mph with no ac running with duckys current 5.3. if he is cruising at 50 to 55 he should get a hair better.

    27 does seem awfully high in a V8 full size truck but when I had my 2.2L 5-spd Sonoma ECSB I got 36 MPG highway with a dirtbike in the bed, two people in the truck, and a bunch of gear.

    13-15 city driving, 20-22 highway. Waiting to see the effect of my drop shackles, if any at all. Seems to be less affected by wind now, so we'll see

    Oh, it'll be a HUGE difference. Like 40-50 mpgs gained by the shackles.

    Oh yeah well mine traveled 10-15miles today and didnt use a dopr of gas!......too bad it was on a trailer

    i average 17-19 in town at 25% throttle(normal for me) and 22-25 on highway with CAI, LTs, perfectly inflated tires*, and 1.75:1 rockers. oh and a ported and polished 78mm TB
