    The carb will flow more CFM and make SLIGHTLY more power.

    only if jetted, tuned and sized properly that it might make any gain over EFI

    IMO, that goes along with the installation. Maybe you know some halfwits that would slap on a carb and call it good... the majority of us here wouldn't.
