Do you want the LS1 computer to control your Sanden A/C set-up, or do you want it to be controlled as it was before the new engine & computer?

Speedometer and cruise control hookup for 1993 fullsize truck...
Green speedo output wire from PCM, first cut the light blue wire and the red wire with white stripe from the DRAC module behind the glove box. Use a blue butt type crimp connector and insert the two wires into one end of the connector and crimp. Place the speedometer output wire from the PCM into the other end and crimp. You should now have speedo and cruise fully functional.![]()

The green wire from the low pressure control switch at the drier tank should have a lead that hooks to the clutch power lead. You can have a high pressure switch added to the HP line. Get one that feeds the correct pressure readings back to the PCM for a/c controls or you can just get one that cuts power to the compressor at a specified high pressure reading.

Thanks for the help guys, I was hoping to run the sanden pump throught the ls1 computer. As far as the pressure switch goes I figured that one of the leads for the ls1 switch is a ground so I was thinking of grounding it out permantely and the splice the original pressure switch which is a two wire.
well not sure if it is still the same or not but just found out that its not a 93. it is a 95 should the placement of the drac module be the same? I read your post from a while back but noticed that there was not a conclusion for the 95 setup.

Hey Red I will try not to write a book here. I was wondering if you knew a way to make the stock cruise switches on an 81 k5 silverado work with the cable driven throttle body on an '01 6.0, I know that it has that control box I figured all the buttons function the same why couldn't they be spliced some how? What all wires do I need to connect to what for the obd2 from the ecu? Is there a detailed thread on how to make the harness stand alone? or maybe a detailed thread on using the stock fuse block for the swap? If you used the stock fuse block out of a truck you could in theory just cut all the leads that go into the cab an use those wires to conect to for all your connections right?
