    The pump is probably shorting out due to a bare wire or a bad ground.
    Step 1. crus at it.
    Step 2. get a hammer.
    Step 3. torch it.

    what pump?
    if you mean the fuel pump, it's working fine.
    00 FRC - just top end, exhaust, and a hot-air intake
