I think mine took the 881 bulbs for the fogs but they are possibly different for the nnbs. I would check out the sylvania page, most ebay listings have a direct link to the application chart. If they dont make a kit you could always retrofit a different kit (that would be fun).
As for the operation, wire them to power on with a relay off of the headlights and wire in a second relay in line with the power from the first relay to the lights to be opened by a toggle switch.

first relay: 20amp power to pin 30, gnd or pwr to 85(depending on whether you use - or + turn on from headlight) and opposite on 86. power to second relay on 87(normally open)
second relay: power from 87(normally open) from first relay on pin 30 and jumped to 85.
toggle switch with one side connected to gnd, other side to 86. power to fogs on 87a(normally closed)

that should work well assuming your truck isn't factory fog light equipped. if it is, I'm sure you could use the factory switch to operate the second relay.
