Seems to me if you're too drunk to get up you'd be passed out. Guess everyone is different.
A guy stopped in the middle of the lot Wednesday with a blow out. He got out to ask for help and walked about like the guy in the video. He was also all muddy and greasy and looked like he used a whole stick of butter to fix his hair.He staggered around mumbling for a while. At times he'd stop and stand still....wabbling all around. Got the tire changed and left. Got pulled over by two city cops, a black-n-white, and a county sheriff before he got out of sight. Dummies...

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's not fake.
Back when I used to drink pretty heavily in my Navy days, I got this drunk maybe 2-4 times. Never at 10:00 AM though!
One time was when we stopped in the Philippines. Me and a buddy went to a bar, and we each had a 6-pack of San Miguel (good beer BTW), and split a pitcher of the local drink, called Mojo. The stuff tasted like Cool-Aid going down, so we stupidly paid no attention to the girls in the bar telling us not to drink it. 45 minutes later, it hit me like a sledgehammer!
We had "Cinderella Liberty", which meant we had to sign in at the front gate and be back on base before midnight. I stumbled back to base and got in line to sign back in. The whole time I was in line, I had to hold on to the shoulders of the dude in front of me to stay upright. I got all the way to the front of the line, and found out I was in the WRONG line! I had to go all the way to the back of the other line.
The Master Chief in charge of Engineering (my Section) on my ship saw the whole thing and pulled me through, laughing at my dumb *** the whole way to the ship. I think I beat the timer to midnight, but only because Master Chief pulled me through the line LOL.
I still drink, but not more than 2, maybe 3 beers at the most. I figure I used up all my luck back in those days and don't wanna push it heh.
