Rebuild cost for 6.0?

So I found a decent price on a lq9. Its a core motor. They want 450 for it. Longblock, But it needs to be gone through for piece of mind. Thinking HEY why not do it right. So I search through the net for just a good 6.0 piston or a size up (guess that would be a 370ci then?) and cant find prices. More over I cant find prices for bearing kits, gasket kits etc. How much would it cost to go through a motor? I found a head swap gasket kit alone that was 279. Does that sound right? Has anyone ever had this done to their motors? And how much did it run them? Also being I am going to only run n2o on my motor would it be a good idea to mill the heads down a bit to get higher compression while the motor is apart?

way to much for the head gaskets...they are about $4x per side and when you buy them get ones for a 08 escalade..when you look for pistons for a 370 look for ones that are .030 over sized from stock 6.0....pistons will run you $600 range...rods will be $500 range...and then might as well do ARP studs and stuff..so all in all you are looking at 3 grand for a built short block
