Hello, I ran new stainless tubng, 035 thickness from the new stainless tank in the rear. Needto bring it to the engine now. How do I get those flexible lines off the 5.3 fuel rail? Thanks, Alan

Go to your local auto parts store and tell them you need a tool to take a GM quick connection fuel line fitting off. You'll need two of them, one for 5/16" and one for 3/8". You slide the tool over the fuel rail side and shove it into the factory line, push the two together and then you slide the flex hose off.
