i sometimes will take a piece of garden hose put one to my ear and the other as a probe to isolate exactly where the noise is coming from.

Aight the truck making the noise belongs to me!
My homeboy posted the video up for me and so far we've taken the belts of and ran it with no belts and the noise is still there.
Some mechanic said it was the timing chain another mechanic said it can't be that. So now I'm like WTF?!
Cuz two mechanics same something different!
Some body help!

have you tried the hose? it actually works really well.
