Yes. Sort of. If you pull all the plastic and radio and HVAC controls and switches and IPC and column you can get the substructure out. Then you have to drain the heater core and recover the AC. Unbolt the cross bar to the right of the column to swing it back out of the way. Pull the screws from the engine side of the firewall and some inside the truck. Disconnect the wiring harness and set aside. Lift the entire case out in one chunk, throw on floor, cuss, then do repairs as needed before reassembly.

im just gonna chime in and say you dont have to pull the column i never did, but there is alot of crap to pull ive done it twice, the column will just fall down and sit in the drivers seat once the bolts are removed, youll need a 13mm and an 11mm for some reason they put 2 different sizes on it, the big aluminum thing is held on by 4 #15s i believe it looks heavy but only wieghs about 2 lbs, nathans info is spot on but ive done it so many times ive learned some short cuts once the dash is outta the way and you remove the bolts from the fire wall side the big black thing will just about fall out, when you do drop the column down watch out for your shifter linkage cus it can get caught up also you gotta remove all that crap from underneath the column or you'll break stuff.... i know personally
