I would think higher than that. With stock 706's and the LS1 I think you will be around 10.8:1. If you mill them I think you'll be over the 11:1 mark. Since the 706's have 61cc, you'll need to get some 243's (64.5cc) or something that has bigger combustion chambers and then get them milled to obtain the CR you want.
