I've pulled a lot of trannies in my life, and a full drop is the only way I know of being able to get a torque converter out/in. But I am not a professional.
Yeah, my question is probably one of those "What was he thinking when he asked this?" deals. But sometime there's tricks that aren't so obvious. In this case i'm sure it's "Dude ya gotta drop the tranny"
