The B and D car in '95 might have OBDII. A portion of the '95's did. I think the those did as well as the Y, F, and C/K cars....at least some.

If there was a SS problem and it's OBDII, the SES would be on. Might make sure the trans fuse has power because electrical default is 3rd (direct drive).
