    Whats yall's take?

Got my sport truck mag today, there's an article about 12 ways to win a drag race number 4, JUST FLOOR IT On computer-controlled trucks, fight the urge to " power brake" at the starting line because the computer will pull back the engine's ignition timing advance, which cuts down the power. Does this theory make sense? And what about trucks that have stall converters, would this effect them as well in any way, shape or form?

sport truck is nothing but bagged trucks, just like truckin.

dont get me wrong, i plan on baggin my sierra, but when your title says sport trucks...... the trucks better be able to perform.

btw, i do like the performance issues that they rarely come out with

I agree mine also seems faster if I dont brake stall,Maybe thats why my times at the track were slower, last time I was there I brake stalled and my times were almost a half second off but my MPH was dead on.
