Ok. where to buy gm one? and How do i test it first? I see in the haynes manual i gotta pull the intake manifold and spider assembly out to change the fpr. If the pump is still working now just starting to not have good pressure at certain rpms would changing the fpr make it run normal or is the pump ready to go to?

should be a vacuum line running to it. Pull it off. If there is gas in it...it's bad.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

You have checked the grounds, but have you checked what voltage you're getting back @ the pump? I've seen relays build up corrosion and cause resistive contacts. That reduces the voltage and current going to the pump giving you lower fuel flow.

Also, ever since ROHS bs has come along all electronics have gone from lead/tin solder to silver. All the new relays and fuses are silver tinned, which means they tarnish over time. Check your fuses and relay leads for tarnish build up. Most of the time just rocking them in place will clear the connection.
