No way it's the pump if it's doing the same thing after 2+ REAL ACDelco pumps. Should have done diagnostics instead of shotgunning parts.

i've had three bad pumps in a row with a full tank of gas having to drop the tank. it was in a tahoe so i couldn't pull the bed up to check, but it can happen!

Wow. Replacing them all week for years and it's never happened to me but one thing we learn is anything is possible I guess.
yeah, and it sucked on the side of a road with few tools the first time, much less the other two times.
