Thanks, I wish it was glass. It's TPO plastic real pain in the butt. It's been fun though. Thanks for the good words, I consider myself very good at glass work, I have done it for years.

Feel like pitchin in on my truck?Do you have what you want built as custom? If so bring then with you when you take me for those beers this week. Wait.....nah that's right.
Round up what you need worked on, and I'd be glad to do it for ya. I just dug out some more carbon fiber for my panels, I think I may have enough left over for yours.

You are a braver man than me. I think that is one of the coolest conversions. I could never make it happen. Especially since I'd be in jail if I were you.![]()
99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.
Lol, I didn't steal them. Good idea though what do I need..... Dang I have everything.
I thin Jake means he would have gone after the bastard that crapped on your scene.
First pic is simple my futures so bright I gotta wear THREE pairs of shades! That's right, now I have a sun burn on my face from TIG welding without a facesheild.
Pics two and three are of the jigging getting set up to hold the panels in the correct alignments to each other. Pic four is the peices all set in place, and pic five is of the peices set apart to get an idea of how they are cut.
I didn't have any pics of that panel cured after this stage, but we did get that done and the panel layed up on the door itself on a stand and have the last structure stuff done. That part is carbon fiber reinforced TPO builder. We do it on the door so that it is a perfect fit to each door adding to the class of this build. It is cooking under 1500 watts of Halogen lamps now. I will go check it in a while and if it is cured(it sure should be) I will take a few pics and peal it off the door. I might wait till morning thought just so it has the extra cook time in the hot box to build a memory of that shape. This will help in the heat so it wont sag as bad as most repaired panels do.
