The IATS is in the MAF in later years so that is a good point. Depends on the platform. My 2002 Deville I used to have had the IATS in the MAF and so does may others.

If you are SD tuned and don't have the MAF, you can get a Fbody temp sensor and mount it in you intake using the light brown wire that used to go to the MAF sensor. This will allow you to still monitor IATs.Originally Posted by GasGuzzler
