Nothing for now... buying a new house, and paying off some other expenses. No time, nor extra $$$ to finish things off. If I had that, I'd hold on to it, but truthfully, the mod "bug" has been dying off for a while. So many people have stopped me on the street, asking about selling, but I kept turning them away.
