The hood bolts up and so does the grille. The front frame horns will need to be cut off and re welded 1 1/4". then add your top bumper cap and bolt it up.

why does the frame need to be cut? for the bumper? or is it interference w/ the new grill?

The frame has to be cut in order to lower the bumper so the bumper pad and grille fit
