Stopped reading all of this crap at about page 10. Its making me sick. I am a union worker. Not because I went out looking for a union job, but because they were hiring. Some of the things they do I agree with, some of the things I don't. How dare some of you people sit there and say that I am a blood sucking, lazy, and unamerican person. Listen to the bullcrap that is coming out of YOUR mouths. Talking about how TEXAS doesn't need anybody else. How TEXAS should be its own country. How AMERICAN is that?

Diesel is where it's at for sure. I mean you can run on filtered French fry oil with no negative side effects to the vehicle.
Not sure where that came from. It was gonna be a V8 and it would have sucked for at least 3-4 years just like the LB7 DMax.

FF oil is great but they've got to figure out better ways supply fuel for diesel engines as demand grows. Hydrogen has the same issues. Look at E85, its almost impossible to find and its been out quite a while.
+1 There is no where anywhere around here to get it and I'm glad. The only thing we need on that front is real gas without the 10% ethanol.

True but the point in some of the comments in mentality. It's a lot more union friendly in the yankee states from Ohio to Vermont.

Then we can all hold hands and sing kumbaya while the mothership 4 million lightyears away laughs, what was this thread about again? Oh yeah, how upper management and the UAW took down the largest automobile maker in the world.
LOL. Remember the most powerful union in the world is the MLB Player's Association...then the UAW.

george is smart but unions can kiss my butt. I moved to saint louis started a business and had my life threatened because i wasnt union. So i moved back to OK. If texas Ever becomes a repulic im moving there. Oh btw if all hell breaks loose guess were all the hippie northerners will go. Yep you guessed it. To the redneck texas southern relatives house they know. Why you say? FIRE POWAH IN MASS QUANTITIES
Hippies are OK. There are other things that are not. We know there are long haired red neck hippies, right?

Let's remember the war was to let each state make its own rules. Now we can't. See below.

I really don't aspire to be American by some STUPID "we'll put a boot in your ass it's the American way" crap so I could give a rats ASS. Being American got me nothing on its own. Working to be what I am without negotiated bennies or having someome else fight my battles did though. All the while I had to overpay for so much because of union and government manipulation it makes me wanna lie on my back and puke straight up.

Sounds like this guy is ready to start another civil war .
Unions taking 50 Billion dollars of fellow Americans money just to save their butts is not American , like it or not .
If you don't agree with them drop the Union it is your choice , after all it is America , isn't it ? You don't have to be Union , but you choose to !
Unions drive inflation , like it or not , requesting more pay , no demanding more pay or you quit producing something is black mail , or extortion , mob like practices that only the unions can do , get the point ! Un-American in my eyes and millions more also . When all the jobs are gone up north they run to the south for work , but we are the bad stupid morons aren't we .
UAW needs to go , but GM can stay and produce cars and trucks with nonunion labor , believe it or not , cars made by nonunion laborers do run well and other products made by nonunion laborers work as well . 100 years ago unions were beneficial but this the 21st century , dinosaurs of the past need to be buried and forgotten , to be dug up latter and studied as to what went wrong .
Now what is a tune again?
