    Part of it is mismangment.

Ford while not doing great is completely solvent and has taken
    zero money in government bailouts.

12hrs a day 6 days a week you want and no one can fire you.
    You also get 100% profit.

Here's a good example of the union pay offset I see.

A skilled crane operator in Texas makes $15-20
A skilled crane operator in chicago, NYC, Boston, ect. $35-50+.

Unions force companies to put 2 men on cranes that 1 man operates
    just fine down here.

If there was no union competition would have found the best workers, minds, locations, ideas, etc. instead of forcing people to hire people or make management keep underachieving employees. It's the mind turds of laziness that say tenure means a crap or paying dues to yet another political organization makes one person a better worker than another. There is a +1 for Texas, a non-union State that should be its own country AGAIN.

this is exactly one of hte reasons this nation has fallen. This mentality is going to be the end of this nation. Same reason why we have a blackman in office. Unions have always provided security to the hard workers and protect the workers from BS management and the white collars

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
