    2007 5.3 in a 1990 scsb

    engine is a 07 5.3 with g5x3 lg cam milled heads custom aed holley carb 3500 stall 700r4

    Nice, but a warning now, you are gonna get ripped for putting a carb on there.

    Its hard to beat a carb this engine in efi form with an ls6 intake threw down 330hp on a engine dyno with the victor jr and the holley that jumped to 380hp with out the g5x3 cam with the cam and the carb it threw down 440 who's getting ripped now.

    proper carb setups actually make a little more power then fuel injection....

    And you lose all the reliability and tuning of fuel induction. I would never sacrifice that for what little extra power could be made.

    The only sacrifice you give up with a carb setup is fuel mileage... Do a little research on it and you will be surprised. Do you actually think all the Vic intakes were designed for FI applications...
