Thanks Dale and all for the get well soon wishes .
Man , exercise will kill you , LOL , just a couple of months ago started running a 1/4 mile or so on a track , hiked couple of miles up and down a mountain , walked 6 miles in a river bed , and then fixing a antenna on our roof and BAM .
Doc says I will be back to normal (what ever that is , abi) in 3 to 6 months , said no real damage to the heart , well it softened a little LOL . Was smart knew what was happening locked the house called the wife and then Ambulance all with in 5 minutes of the attack , all was done in less than 90 minutes from call time , waiting , hospital ride , and then patch job , which took 26 minutes .
Just for the record , if anyone smokes cigrattes QUIT , my blood pressure was 120/70 that of a very well person , colestrol is 130 that of a 18 year old , but smoking for 20 + years got me , I quit 3 years ago but the effects were still there .

Thanks again everyone for the well wishes !

Glad to hear you're better and you handled it like a pro. Time is so important in a situation like this.
