    Well I'm going........

Well guys I just wanted to say that I'm going to college! Reason for my decision is I want to have a better career and future. I can't believe I'm going to do this but if you want a good future and such you got to do it. So I decided to suck it up and go. I will be going to get my degree in construction technology. So wish me luck and any advice on studying?

studying is over-rated. If it wasn't important enough for them to teach you it in class it must not mean anything in the real world. Party, drink, chase loose women.

You've done most of this stuff already so, really, crack the books and act like your future depends on it.

set up a schedule and do your work as soon as its assigned. I kept waiting till the last minute this semester and it killed my grades.

spend an hour or two a day(or less depending on what your schedule is like) during the day studing and you will remember things better so when you hit the test you will not have to cram

    Your mom goes to college...

That is a good degree. Well, I would say that would be good about a year ago... Hopefully the market will have turned around and be better once you get done with school.

All I can say is stay with it--too many people have a great start then peter out and give up. You need to stick with the degree plan, talk A LOT with your counselors, and talk with other students about which classes/professors to take. Sometimes new books is the only option, but try and buy used books cause there is sometimes useful info written in there from other students.
